Hit a bug, want a feature, or stuck on setup? Here's the fastest route to each. MIDIRover is built by one person, so email is the direct line — there's no forum yet.
First, the quick fixes
Most setup snags are already covered:
- MIDI not working? Fix it (Windows & macOS) — the usual culprits: loopMIDI, ports, channels.
- The user manual — every action and setting, with a downloadable PDF.
- All setup guides — Neural DSP, tap tempo, expression pedal, and more.
Report a bug
If something's broken, send a short report — the more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- What happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
- Your OS (Windows / macOS + version) and Stream Deck model.
- Your MIDIRover version (shown at the top of the manual) and the software you're controlling.
Request a feature
Ideas are welcome — say what you'd like to do and the problem it would solve.
Vote on features — see what's planned and add your own.
Support the plugin
MIDIRover is free and always will be. If it earns a spot on your board, an optional coffee funds the time that goes into fixes and new features — but it's never required.
